Protein Oats Recipe

Rolling oats, one cup One-third cup of milk  

One-third cup of egg whites One tablespoon of brown sugar  

Place the milk and oats into a small pot and cook over medium-low heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until tender.  

After cooking, remove from the heat and whisk in the egg whites and brown sugar until the mixture is fully cooked and there is no liquid left.  

Take pleasure in a quick and high-protein breakfast by adding your own toppings.
