Yoga poses for beginners and advanced practitioners

Mountain Pose (Tadasana): Stand tall with feet together or hip-width apart, arms by your sides or overhead.

Child's Pose (Balasana): Kneel on the mat, sit back on your heels, and extend your arms forward with forehead resting on the mat. It promotes relaxation

Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana): Start on your hands and knees, lift hips towards the ceiling, and straighten legs to form an inverted V shape. 

Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I): Step one foot forward into a lunge, bend the front knee, extend arms overhead, and square hips towards the front

Headstand (Sirsasana): Start on hands and knees, place forearms on the mat, interlace fingers, and lift hips overhead

Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana): Lie on your back, bend knees, place hands near shoulders, and lift hips towards the ceiling while straightening arms.

Crow Pose (Bakasana): Squat down, place hands shoulder-width apart on the mat, lean forward, and lift feet off the ground.
